Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) Before and After Photographs

These before and after photographs of a lip. lift demonstrate the effects that can be obtained with a lip lift and fat grafting to the lips. This is a powerful combination for feminizing the area around the mouth.

In these photos, you can see the patient has increased vermilion show (red part of lip) of the upper lip both during rest and with smiling. The lip lift allows for more tooth show as seen in the image with the mouth partially open.

The combination of fat grafting with lip lift improves the projection of the lip, which is best seen in the side profile view of the lip. The combination of these factors results in a more feminine appearance of the lips and region around the lips.

This patient is only 2 months out from surgery, so the scar will continue to soften and fade over the next year.
