Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) Before and After Photographs

These before and after photographs of facial feminization surgery demonstrate the effects that can be obtained with a brow bone setback (type 3), orbital rim contouring, and a brow lift.

The primary goals of forehead feminization were to perform a dramatic reduction in the prominence of the brow ridge while elevating the brows and “opening” the eyes. 

The rhinoplasty was performed to reduce the overall size of the nose and modify the shape. This involved reducing the dorsal height, increasing nasal tip rotation, reducing nasal tip projection, and creating a more petite, sculpted nasal tip.
