Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) Before and After Photographs

These before and after photographs of facial feminization surgery demonstrate the effects that can be obtained with hairline lowering, brow bone setback (type 3), orbital contouring, and fat grafting to the cheeks and lips.

This wonderful patient provides a great example of how readjusting the ratios of the face can contribute to a more feminine appearance. The forehead is shortened, the brows are lifted, the brow prominence is reduced, and the cheeks and lips are enlarged. The overall result provides a dramatic impression. 

Much of the fat will dissolve over the next few months, providing a more subtle result. The cheeks and lips are purposefully overfilled during surgery to allow for this decrease in volume.
