Prior to surgery, the patient had heavy brows with minimal visibility of the upper eyelids. This combination of procedures allowed us to open the space around her eyes, providing a more feminine and youthful appearance.

The goal for the forehead was to create a smooth transition from the upper forehead to the nose.
