A brow bone reduction reduces the brow prominence over the eyes. This results in a smooth transition from the top of the forehead to the brow and allows for a more gentle transition to the nose. It makes the eyes appear more shallow and less deep-set. This contributes to an overall more feminine appearance.

This patient is 1 year out from surgery, so there is likely minimal or no residual swelling at this point.
